Simply cured smoked and dried. Underrated moist tender cut of meat which can be served in sandwiches, salads or enjoyed on it's own. We like to cut some up for our antipasto.


Ingredients: Australian pork, salt, dextrose, ascorbic acid 300, spices, sodium nitrate.


Minimum weight: 380g
