Truffle salami or 'Salame al Tartufo'. The king of traditional salami. Best enjoyed with a sharp cheese, crisp dry white or european style larger. This salami as a whole and uncut piece can be hung and aged to your liking.


Ingredients: Australian free range pork, black truffle, salt, herbs, spices, nitrate <1%, starter culture, natural casing.
