Pork Fennel & Garlic Salami


Legend has it that this variety of salami was accidentally developed by a thief who hid a stolen salami in a patch of wild fennel. Upon his return he discovered the salami had been infused with the subtle and unique flavor of the fennel plant.


Simple yet delicious by itself or in a pasta dish. sliced paper thin it is fabulous with champagne.


Ingredients: Australian free range pork, salt, fennel seeds, garlic, dextrose, sodium nitrate, starter culture.


Minimum weight: 220g
