Smoked Beef / Jerky


No marinades used here. Smokey savoury and delicate lean cut of meat. Not as dry as beef jerky, but it will become dryer with age. Use a sharp knife to cut as thick or thin you like.


Ingredients: Australian grass fed beef, salt, dextrose, ascorbic acid 300, spices, sodium nitrate.


Minimum weight: 315g
