Also known as chabai & kobasica. Delicious, wood-smoked home-style Eastern European sausage, seasoned with paprika and garlic, imparting a smoky aroma with a firmer texture. Cut into thin slices and serve with bread or use in cooking to add flavour to your dish.  

Choice of Mild or Hot. Our Hot variety has a mild-to-medium heat, with added chilli for a gentle kick.

Ingredients: Australian pork, salt, spices, sodium nitrate (250) natural wood smoke
