Legend has it that this variety of salami was accidentally developed by a thief who hid a stolen salami in a patch of wild fennel. Upon his return he discovered the salami had been infused with the subtle and unique flavor of the fennel plant. Simple yet delicious by itself or in a pasta dish! This salami as a whole and uncut piece can be hung and aged to your liking. Ingredients: Australian Free Range Pork, Salt, Fennel seeds, Garlic, Nitrate <1%, Starter Culture, Natural Casing.
